• Processing time: Orders are processed within  2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Cutoff time: Orders placed before 12:00 PM local time begin processing the same day.
• Inventory & backorders: If an item is out of stock, we’ll notify you within 24 hours with an estimated restock date and options (refund, wait, or substitute).
